Application Renewal Process

Members renewing before January 15th can pick up their cards at the club while they still have access to the club.

​

Membership renewals received after January 15th will automatically be mailed out.

​

Gate codes change yearly on January 30th.

​

Membership renewals are not processed until payment is received in full.

 

All memberships run yearly from January 1st to December 31st. Click here for membership fees.

Application Renewal Instructions

1. Carefully read the application instructions below, fill out and submit the application renewal form.

​

2. Send membership payment in full at the same time as you submit your application.

 

 If paying by EMT, send payment to rifles.reels@gmail.com directly after submitting your application.

​

If paying by cheque, please indicate the type of membership you are renewing on the cheque and mail cheque to:

Fill out the membership renewal form online and drop off your cheque in an envelope and drop it off at

the Clubhouse in the small lockbox by the breaker panel.​
